The Spring-Energized Metal U-Ring Seal from Advanced EMC Technologies is engineered for static and low-cycle dynamic sealing applications. This advanced seal combines a metallic U-shaped substrate with an internal spring, allowing it to bear higher loads and ensure reliable sealing even on rough surfaces. Designed for extreme conditions, the Spring-Energized Metal U-Ring Seal provides superior performance in high-temperature, high-pressure, and vacuum environments.

- High-Temperature Resistance: Operates effectively from -270°C to +750°C, making it suitable for cryogenic and high-temperature environments.
- Pressure Capability: Handles pressures up to 1500 bar (1500 kgf/cm²).
- Low Leakage Rate: Achieves leakage rates as low as 1E-10 Pa·m³/s, or even lower.
