Fluorolon 3012 is a proprietary bearing grade PEEK resin, reinforced with carbon fibers, internally lubricated with synthetic lubricates to enhance performance. Tribological tests have shown friction and wear rates much lower that other polymer bearings composites available in the marketplace. An excellent material for a wide variety of demanding applications where chemical, thermal, wear and low friction high load service is required.
